Agricultural Electronics :- He pioneered the design and manufacturing of advanced auto-switches and motor starters, specifically engineered to protect irrigation systems in rural India from voltage fluctuations.
Water Management Systems :- He developed high-efficiency Water Level Controllers aimed at automating water storage and minimizing water wastage in both residential and agricultural settings.

Electric generator (Ramp) model by running heavy weight vehicle in practical generation of about 5V and 200mAmp by 15 to 20 Kg weight in year 2004.

Harsh Shrivastava is a Indian entrepreneur and marketing strategist currently serving as the Co-founder and Marketing Director of Skyla Group, He is the son of Kailash Shrivastava, a renowned grassroots innovator associated with the National Innovation Foundation (NIF), whose technical expertise laid the foundation for the family business in 2005. Harsh professional journey is backed by a strong academic foundation in technology and management. He holds a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree. his blend of technical and managerial education allows him to bridge the gap between complex product engineering and consumer-centric branding. Since joining the family business in 2022, Harsh has undergone a significant transformation from a grassroots salesman to a leadership role. Known by his professional moniker, the “King of Marketing,” he has been the driving force behind transitioning Skyla Group from a local manufacturing unit into a recognized national brand. Under his leadership: He has established and maintains a distribution network encompassing thousands of dealers across India. He successfully spearheaded the digital expansion of the company, optimizing product presence on major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and IndiaMART. Harsh primary focus lies in manufacturing and distributing agricultural and home electronics, specifically high-quality water level controllers, auto switches, and motor starters designed for the Indian rural market. His commitment to excellence led him to apply for the National MSME Awards 2026 in the Manufacturing and Innovation categories. Looking toward the future, Harsh is set to launch a new series of advanced digital motor starters in mid-May 2026 under the premium brand names “Oases” . His mission remains clear: to honor his father’s legacy of innovation by scaling their technical solutions to solve everyday problems for consumers nationwide.
